Chance was a stray found at a construction site. He is a small dog that maybe young. He has very white teeth. Chance has made a dramatic improvements. His hair grown in, his skin is healed. Through it all he has been a happy, friendly dog with a great personality. He is super sweet and gets along with other dogs. Chance has one blue eye and one eye with both blue and brown.
