Dakota has had a tough life. She was rehomed a number of times, then turned into the shelter. From the microchip, the original owner was contacted and heartbroken over Dakota’s condition. They picked she up from the shelter but are unable to care for her, at this time. They contacted us for help

Dakota is a 9-10 year old Husky. She has long white hair with black tips. Dakota has diabetes. Which causes her to go blind. Now that her diabetes is under control, her foster believes she can see shadows or light changes. She loves walks and has a typical husky attitude. She is talkative. She acts like everything hurts but on walks she moves fast. She is smart and quickly moves away from car sounds. Her spirit is amazing.

Despite all this she is so nice. She needs a soft place to land and live out the rest of her life with a permanent loving home.
