Eros came to us with four other dogs. He came from a property where he and 35+ other dogs lived outside. They all had absolutely no socialization with people. Although we are working with him, he is still quite afraid and reserved. He is incredibly sweet and submissive with no aggressive behaviors at all. He will run and hide or freeze if challenged.

His foster home has been able to house train him with a doggie door. He will allow pets and will come for treats but still needs patience and understanding. He will occasionally greet neighbors from a distance but prefers to stay in the house or backyard. We are hopeful he will eventually feel safe enough to want to leave his yard for more adventures.

Eros needs a home with other dogs, a lot of patience, and love. Younger females that are sweet and energetic seem to bring out his playful side.If you are interested in adopting this handsome boy, please fill out our adoption application here on our website.
